We accept returns for unused items in their original condition within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@nasifashionhouse.com.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After 24 hours, if the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product.
